TOWN HALL MEETINGS

In order for our government to work effectively and efficiently, it is necessary for its leaders to know the will of the people they are elected to represent. 

Commencing in February of 2009, Stephen will hold a series of monthly Town Hall meetings to review legislation pending in the State House of Representatives and he will reserve a large portion of the meetings to address the concerns of the voters.  The public will be encouraged to attend these meetings, and every person who desires to make a statement will be given the opportunity.

For a representative to perform his duties properly, that person should seek guidance from those they serve and these meetings will give the people their chance to voice their opinions and viewpoints on a variety of subjects.
